Information We Collect 

Benz Software does not collect any user information for our usage from the Virtual Fortune Cookie app, all information saved in the app is done so on the behalf of the user and stored locally only on the device where Virtual Fortune Cookie is installed. Deleting the app will delete any data that was saved through it.

If you decide to enable location services for the map feature of our app, we utilize the Google Maps API(s) and Apple Maps and do not control the information that they may collect that may be tied back to your individual device. You can at any time turn off location sharing via Settings on your device to opt out of sharing your location.

How we Use and Share this information 

Benz Software does not use or log your information in any way. We do not directly share any of your information. However as stated we do utilize both Google Maps API(s) and Apple Maps in our applications.

Google Maps API(s)

We use Google Maps API in order to locate Places nearby that serve Chinese Food. We send your current location to Google in order to return that information. By enabling location services in our app you are agreeing to Google Terms of Service. Changes to this Privacy Statement

Benz Software reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and such changes will be posted to the Benz Software website.
